Last updated: 2026. Terms governing the use of Anterpreneur services and digital assets.
1. Scope of Agreement
By accessing or utilizing the website, materials, or digital consultation services provided by Anterpreneur, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Formal software engineering, ongoing marketing retainers, and AI implementation projects are governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW).
2. Quotations & Consultations
Estimates and preliminary pricing shared during discovery calls or online calculators are non-binding rough estimates based on preliminary scope. Formal pricing, timelines, and deliverables are ratified upon execution of a bilateral Statement of Work.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon receipt of full payment for contracted deliverables, clients retain 100% full ownership of custom codebases, design files, graphics, and domain configurations engineered specifically for their project. Anterpreneur retains rights to proprietary pre-existing boilerplate libraries and internal frameworks.
4. Limitation of Liability
While Anterpreneur applies industry-leading security practices and rigorous performance engineering, all website materials and advisory recommendations are provided “as is.” Anterpreneur is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party hosting failures, algorithm updates by third-party search engines, or client-managed infrastructure changes.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
